Dressing Babies in Merino Wool ::

It's probably no secret that I love wool. I use it a lot in my work and also my personal knitting and crochet. But probably my favourite wool both to work with and wear is merino. It's just so soft and warm and wears beautifully. It also has a host of other qualities that make it perfect for babies.

Sophie la Girafe Cosmetics :: A Review ::

Effie received her Sophie la Girafe toy in her stocking at Christmas. She was a little slow on the whole hand to mouth coordination required for it for a while. She loved the idea of putting it in her mouth and glared open mouthed at it hopeful that I would pop it in for her when presented with it. Effie and her Gingerbread Man ::

The day before we headed off on our Christmas holidays, this gorgeous little gingerbread man arrived for Effie from Hello Daisy and it was love at first sight.
I think it probably helped that Milo unwrapped and presented it to her, he is very much her favourite.
It's the first toy I've ever seen her have any interest in, it's lovely to see her face light up when he appears and she actually makes...

The Book with No Pictures by B. J. Novak was sent to us to review the week that Milo was off school ill and it was the perfect thing to cheer him up.
